Emmanuel Burlot is one of the plant producers in Savoy. In 2012, he decided to cultivate the aromatic plants that he did not find in the wild. In his garden you will find Lemon, Thyme, Peppermint and Verbena, but also cassis and lavender. He will also collect mountain plants from the melting of snow. They will be used for decoctions and infusions. In addition to visiting and tasting by appointment, you will find its bags on the markets of Saint-Jean-d'Arves on Wednesdays from 15 am to 19 pm and Albiez Montron on Thursday morning. Its plants are also distributed by the Whole de Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, among others.
