The Moûtiers dairy cooperative boasts over 60 years of know-how. Although Beaufort is its flagship product, it also offers other local cheeses and gourmet products. Every year, the company produces around 800 tonnes of Beaufort, or just over 18,000 wheels. These delicious products are the fruit of the labor of more than 80 milk producers, spread across some 60 dairy farms located around Moûtiers.
