Très bien si vous n’avez besoin de rien! Ils sont très gentils au téléphone mais ne sont au courant de rien. Pas de navette ce matin. Aucune info. Pas de marché ce matin à cause d’un plan Vigipirate. Aucune info. ils nous baladent à droite à gauche. Nul!

Je n'ai jamais vu un personnel aussi incompétent et aussi peu indulgent. Nous avons fait un parcours "soit disant récompensé" qui nous a coûté 2€ par livret plus 9€ par personne pour le télésiège. Nous avons passé la journée à faire ce jeu de piste, quand nous sommes enfin retournés à l'office du tourisme pour aller récupérer notre récompense, le personnel nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas avoir notre récompense car nous n'avions pas pris la photo du dernier coffre, alors qu'ils ne nous ont jamais dit que nous devions prendre une photo. Les enfants ont attendu la récompense toute la journée pour au final ne pas l'avoir car le personnel n'était pas indulgent.

Within literally minutes, anne-leese was able to respond to me with the details I required. She said she would be delighted to assist in helping me with logistics for a programme I’d
