The owners of the place, Philippe and Florence, cultivate and pass on their knowledge of organic farming plants such as mallow, lemon thyme, harquebus and other wild plants, ash, gentian... They make herbal teas but also delicious drinks, including a range of gentian aperitifs... The medicinal and aromatic plant discovery garden can be visited free of charge.
