The Aprilis distillery is a wonderful discovery for lovers of artisanal spirits. Founded by Juliette and François, a passionate young couple, this distillery offers authentic products made from plants hand-harvested in the surrounding mountains. Their gins, such as Gin Aprilis Bio - Recette Alpine, are refined blends of juniper berries, genepi flowers, arquebus shoots and bergamot mint leaves, offering a unique taste experience. What's more, their Sapinette distillée Bio, an artisanal liqueur made from fresh fir buds and all-flower honey, won a gold medal at the Lyon international competition, underlining the excellence of their expertise. A must for epicureans in search of authentic flavours.

Imagine yourself in the heart of the French Alps, where alpine breezes caress the fir trees and mountain flowers dance to the rhythm of the wind. This is where our story begins. With passionate dedication, we've traveled these steep slopes, hand-harvesting juniper berries and capturing the essence of the endemic plants for which our region is famous, including the legendary génépi. Every drop of our spirits tells this story, an ode to wild nature and artisan tradition. We're Juliette & François, and we can't wait to share our passion for distillation with you!
