Explore the unspoilt nature of Lac du Bourget from an observatory.
To the south of the lake, a protected natural area is home to almost 20,000 birds in winter. Take the cycle path and cross the small bridge over the Leysse. Follow the path, which is dotted with information panels to help you identify the species present, and take advantage of the observatory. In spring, don't miss the courtship displays of the great crested grebe. In summer, all the life of the marsh comes to life: dragonflies, turtles, reptiles, rodents, while the birds raise their young.
