In July 2022, Thomas Senger, a young wine enthusiast and lover of his native region, took over Domaine Eugène Carrel & Fils. This 33-hectare family vineyard, nestled in the foothills of Mont du Chat and Charvaz, has been committed to environmentally-friendly viticulture for six generations, preserving the auxiliary fauna essential to the natural balance. Every step, from vineyard management to winemaking, bears witness to a quest for quality, combining ancestral traditions with modern innovations and state-of-the-art equipment.

Managed by Thomas Senger, this independent winegrowing estate of almost 30 hectares welcomes you to Jongieux, near Chambéry, in the foothills of Mont du Chat and Charvaz, at an altitude of around 300 meters. In a tranquil setting, you'll discover a wide range of elegant wines from the region's finest grape varieties, offering a wealth of notes and flavors to delight your palate. You can treat yourself to the finest Savoy wines in the online store or by visiting the estate store directly. Among the sparkling wines, take a look at Altitude 1161 Blanc, the house's first cuvée, made from a blend of Gamay and Chardonnay grapes. You'll also find a variety of whites, rosés and reds, all with the High Experimental Value label. Taste the Trilogie blanche, an innovative new cuvée made from a blend of Jacquères, Altesse and Chardonnay grapes, with fruity and floral aromas. Take part in tours of the estate and enjoy tasting sessions for an unforgettable experience. In addition to producing and selling wines, Domaine Carrel et Senger offers charming bed & breakfast accommodation in exceptional locations. A must for lovers of fine wines!
