FORTIFIED HOUSE OF BIEU
century building, a private monument that stands proudly at the entrance of the village of Flumet.
Bieu's fortified house stands proudly at the entrance to the village. This 15th century building can be identified by its square tower, to which a habitable part and its private chapel are attached. It owes its name to the family to which it belonged and which was very influential locally between the 14th and 18th centuries. A coat of arms is carved above the entrance. It is a private monument, but guided tours are possible by reservation with the Facim Foundation.
