Saint-François-de-Sales cathedral in Chambéry, with its interior garden that hosts cultural events from time to time.
Erected by the Franciscans in the 15th century, this church was elevated to cathedral status in 1779, when the bishopric of Chambéry was created. Don't be fooled by the apparent simplicity of its flamboyant Gothic exterior, for the real treasures are revealed once you've passed through its doors. Inside, you'll be amazed by some 6,000 square meters of trompe-l'œil paintings and a listed organ.

Magnifique cathédrale, dès mon entrée un lundi matin, j'ai été joyeusement surpris par l'orgue qui jouait, cela crée une superbe ambiance, de plus l'endroit et truffé de trompe l'oeil et des alcôves tout le tour de l'intérieur. A voir
