Barrage de la Gittaz with view to Beaufort, 164 m long, 65 m high and 47.8 m wide at its base, offering a walk.
The Gittaz dam, called "Gitte dam", built between 1962 and 1967, can store 13 million m3 of water. 164 m long, 65 m high and 47.8 m wide at its base, it receives water from the Gittaz stream and thus contributes to the filling of the Roselend dam, located further south. Perched at an altitude of 1,562 m, the view is magnificent and the walk is worth a visit.
