Archaeological park with educational trail in Aussois, a precious witness of the period from the Neolithic to the Iron Age.
Above Aussois, the Parc Archéologique des Lozes reveals rock engravings made between the Bronze Age and the Middle Ages, on slabs polished by glaciers. Two signposted trails, each with explanatory panels, allow you to discover them on a gentle 5 km round trip. Accessible free of charge all year round (except in snow), the site is ideal in the morning or at the end of the day, when the light highlights the relief.
