Let's go back to the architecture of this beautiful building that houses city hall. The construction dates from 1400 on the basis of a medieval castle. The magnificent staircase was carried out after 1571. This building belonged to the family of Seyssel, close to the family of Savoy. The city bought it back in 1866.
