Tarare is a town in France, and home to the META Yachts shipyard. Since 1963, META has been the manufacturer of Bernard Moitessier's famous JOSHUA. The shipyard specializes in building sailboats, motorboats and other floating structures using the Strongall® prestressed aluminum joining technique.
