Here, everything is more sincere. Starting with the frankly friendly reception of a charming couple and the service of a charming, efficient and attentive person. There is true pleasure to sit in such a good company. A pleasure that even increases when you discover the cuisine prepared every day by the master of the place who works in the kitchen. In a "bouchon" spirit, the chef makes his dishes with fresh products. Moreover, once a week, you can feast on a Lyon specialty, such as this calf's liver or these kidneys. In summer, homemade salads, followed by a beautiful pan-fried butcher's cut complemented with fresh vegetables. Every Friday, a different fish depending on arrivals and in winter, slow-cooked and traditional dishes, like this delicious blanquette. The cheese dish alone deserves praise and the desserts, of course homemade, are all delicacies to savour.
