Chef Jean-Alexandre Ouaratta offers its guests a refined and contemporary cuisine, inspired by the riches of regional markets. The majestic Guard Hall is the main dining room of the Castle. The coat of arms, which dominates the largest private Gothic chimney in France, commemorates Charles VIII's royal visit in 1490. The guests enjoy refined gourmet cuisine, fresh meats, fresh water fish and excellent regional cheeses. Porcelain, glassware and nappes were specially created and made for the Château.
