Château Grillet, a mythical terroir for all wine lovers. An appellation in itself for this 3.5 hectare estate in the communes of Vérin and Saint-Michel-sur-Rhône. Located on a steep terrace, this south-facing vineyard has existed since Roman times. The wine is made exclusively from Viognier. This rich, peachy, apricot-scented wine can be aged for several years. Blaise Pascal and Thomas Jefferson already consumed this nectar which is worth, depending on the year, between 180 and 300 € a bottle, provided you can find some!
