Read moreA gourmet farm run by the Chataignon family for 3 generations. The farm was once located within the monastery walls and has since been extended into an old mill built by the Carthusian monks in the 13th century. Buildings of character renovated to accommodate goats, pigs raised on straw, poultry raised in the open air, without forgetting the beehives. 100% home-made products, made only with products from the farm and processed on site.
