Domaine de l'Herboriste is an artisan distillery located in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. Thomas Pachalgikian wanted to create a range of exceptional liqueurs and spirits. He offers a gin scented with citrus notes, and three delicious liqueurs, with thyme, rosemary and sapinette. The recipes are worked in such a way that honey replaces sugar. The estate opens its doors to visitors with organized workshops.
