Former restaurateurs, Sébastien Derail and his wife opened their shop about 10 years ago and excelled in their catering activities. Everything is made home and the kitchen, mainly based on olive oil, is not fat. If you do not yet know this furnace virtuosis, here are some examples of proposed dishes: tomato and basilic fonds, black place, raspberries, rabbits, rabbit rust… And the inventive side of the sublime is probably reached with pistachio oil gnocchis! If you want to organize a family meal, a cocktail cocktail or a buffet, Sébastien Dérail can prepare dishes up to 100 people!
