Sébastien Robert reminds us: he is a fishmonger, not a fish merchant! In his artisanal fishmonger's shop, which today employs 14 people, he offers you products exclusively from French fishing and dishes entirely prepared in his workshop. The fish are mainly caught by line, brought back alive on board small boats. On the stalls, you will find dab, hake, sea bream but also many shellfish and crustaceans! You'll find a choice of fish on Sunday mornings at the Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert market and two other stores of the House in Saint-Chamond and Andrézieux-Bouthéon.
