Les Gueules d'Orge is a community bar and urban brewery that produces 100% organic and local beers. The idea came from Mathieu Lesueur and Aurélien Desert, two friends who had been dreaming of this project for a long time. They produce 5 different beer recipes, with new ones on the way! The project is based on genuine environmental convictions: the beers are delivered by cargo bike to Saint-Etienne. The bar is open on Thursdays, and is a real place of life punctuated by various events, such as concerts.

This cellar offers a wide range of French red, rosé and white wines selected directly from producers. Two thirds of them are organic. But À Vin Pas des Marches also offers a wide range of local craft beers, top-of-the-range fruit juices and, above all, rare and unexpected spirits from all over the world. Different tasting evenings are available. Every Thursday evening an afterwork is set up. You can discover three to four different vintages with a good price-quality ratio. Which beer to choose? This question may seem trivial. However, it is not so simple to choose the ideal drink, especially when you want to discover new flavors. That's why at the beer cellar Aux fûts percés you will be perfectly guided by specialists. So, are you more of an Anosteké blonde, which was voted best blonde beer in the world in 2021, or a fan of the Georges beers that are made in the region? Or do you prefer non-alcoholic beers? "Beers made in Sainté! ". All the breweries in Saint-Etienne closed some fifty years ago, but today beer is making a strong comeback in the region. Here, you'll find delicious craft beers that everyone loves, such as Glüttes and Copains-Chopines. Every month, 20,000 liters of beer are brewed to produce more than 10 different beers. Proof of the success and excellence of our beverages, La Machurée has even been awarded a Fourquet d'argent (national beer competition).
