LOIRE ET SAVEURS

This Ligérian association, in association with the Chambre des Métiers et de l 'Artisans, prepares a book of "papillation" every year to enhance the craftsmanship and creativity of the artisans of our region through various specialties related to the land: bakers, pastries, butchers… but also ice makers, jams, rotations that offer many products, objects of greedy, realized with craftsmanship and with some surprising flavors. These artisans - producers are committed to a quality charter that deals with the reception, advice and manufacture of products. By the quality of the products they offer, they value the gastronomic heritage of the department. You will find this small booklet free of charge in the Loire Crafts and Crafts Room, the tourist offices and the own-initiative trade unions of the department, and of course in the various affiliated companies in Loire and Flavors.
