MARCHÉ DE CARNOT

Every Friday and Sunday, a market of fruits and vegetables and various products is held on the Place Carnot. On Fridays, the market is restricted with producers and only a few early days. On Sundays, however, the market is extremely busy, the whole square is crowded and traffic can be difficult. In addition to the traditional fruit and vegetable sellers, many merchants come to present clothing and textiles, often of an oriental spirit. Carnies also take place with various objects: gadgets, plastic toys for children... This market is very popular with the inhabitants of the district.
