Paul Chauvet offers you, following in the footsteps of his predecessors and his grandfather Gustave, traditionally roasted coffee every week. The coffee, rigorously selected, is made directly in front of you in the shop, exhaling its delicious aromas of grand cru. You will also find dried fruits, tea, herbal tea, honey and spices, and a very warm welcome from this enthusiast, always ready to exchange with novices and informed amateurs about his products and the Boivin district that he knows so well, because, as he likes to remind us, "loving what you do is the recipe for success".

Loutsa Torréfacteur offers specialty coffee, and aims to put the roasting stage back at the center of the taste experience. Its first franchise will open in Saint-Etienne in January 2024, near the bar Les Berthom, with which it is partnering. You'll find coffee roasted on site, from all origins: Guatemala, Kenya, Indonesia, Peru, Colombia... Do you prefer tea? Chai latte and matcha tea are also on the menu. Enjoy them in the small shop or on the terrace, or take them to go.
