EPA SAINT-ÉTIENNE

The EPASE, the public Development Establishment of Saint-Etienne, is a tool for planning, urban renewal and economic development that intervenes on the city, with a total area of activity of 970 hectares. The main building blocks are the construction of a business centre in Châteaucreux, the restructuring of the Manufacturing/Plaine Perimeter perimeter, accommodation in the city centre, and the town entrance in Monthieu and Ane-Pont-de-L neighbourhoods.
