AÏKIDOJO STÉPHANOIS

A defence technique based on defence against a aggression, aikido is taught at Aïkidojo, rue des Dealers. The path distributed here is that of Tamura Nobuyoshi, master of discipline in Europe, who trained the two professors of aikido. Children or adults, all can come to practise this martial art that aims to defend themselves rather than overcame his opponent. Self control, his body, respect for his opponent, breathing… Overcoming its limits is one of the goals of aikido. Instead of physical force, aikido relies on the use of the aggressor's energy, and on flexibility. Here not competition, but work on yourself. Aïkidojo offers courses twice a week, but also many weekends of development, including nature courses in the Pilat, to practice in exceptional surroundings.
