It's a wonderful project that promotes caring values. Self-Esteem Couture offers sewing classes and workshops for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Teachers are on hand to guide you, and all the necessary materials are provided. The aim of Self-Esteem Couture is to enable its members to (re)build their self-confidence through creative activity. The association promotes upcycling and ecological values, notably by organizing second-hand clothing sales on the third weekend of each month.
