Le Dada opened in early 2023. Gaylor Olivier and Émilie Brichard are at the helm of the establishment, which boasts an uncluttered decor, with splashes of color on the walls reminiscent of Mondrian's work. You'll find a selection of natural wines, local drinks such as Phylum Fungi beers, fruit juices and coffee. For a snack, enjoy banana bread or cookies. In the evening, opt for a cocktail accompanied by tapas: hummus, sardines... All served in sublime ceramics created by Émilie.
