Bistro offering a simple and traditional cuisine with a good quality-price ratio in Saint-Etienne.
In a modern and colorful interior with a mezzanine and a large terrace, Le Bistrot de Paris, an institution in Saint-Etienne, has reopened its doors under the aegis of Maxime Apert, who already owns the restaurant L'Insens. A gourmet brasserie concept has been implemented. The cuisine offered is simple and traditional: aiguillettes of sea bream, confit of twelve-hour lamb, Perigord salad, fish and chips or veal fillet with morels. Aperitif platters are also available with homemade terrine, sausage, cured ham or rillettes, cod accras, and fodder nems. A good value for money for a very well located restaurant with a nice terrace.
