David-Alexandre Carpinteiro has always liked to put his hands in the pots. He has worked for a long time in the bar and restaurant business. With a somewhat wandering temperament, he appreciates the idea of being on the road all the time. So he decided to create his food-truck with Portuguese specialities. You will easily recognize it with its completely renovated Citroën TUB. It offers burgers, hot dogs revisited with a specific seasoning to bring a Portuguese touch. The cooked dishes are based on smoked meats, Portuguese sausages, Lica.... For a treat on the go, it also offers cod fritters or pastéis de nata for dessert.
