Located in the heart of the former weapons factory in Saint-Etienne, La Fabuleuse Cantine is a place where cultural and social programming, the fight against waste and creative cuisine meet. Its principle is to buy and transform organic products that have been shunned by local shops to give them a social, environmental and economic value. The canteen offers every day a sophisticated and original cuisine prepared in large part with the collection of unsold products. The menu consists of a starter and a main course with a vegetarian base such as polenta, creamy risotto, or aligot with coulis. This base can be accompanied by a meat or a fish. For dessert, you can try the white chocolate and muesli plum finger or the frozen brownie. Note that the menu of La Fabuleuse Cantine is in line with the principle of fighting against food waste.

Gustativement un peu déçus! Rien de fou pour 28 euros.
