La Fleur au fusil is a bouquet of flavors on your plate. Chef Benjamin Gagnaire and his partner Marion Sabatier have taken over the reins of this establishment on rue Camille Colard. The establishment retains its old-fashioned look, reminiscent of the old bistros of Saint-Etienne. The menu changes daily to avoid waste, and is essentially vegetarian. The dishes blend the cuisine of our childhood with unusual and creative cuisine. A ballet of unexpected flavors unfolds in our stomachs.

Un des meilleurs restaurants de saint Étienne où j’ai pu aller , les plats , l’accueil et le vin sont délicieux , on adore et on y retournera , je recommande x10000!!

Très très bien j'ai goûté plein de choses que je ne connaissais pas. C'est très bon et c'est très ecolo/éthique.

Expérience très décevante. Une pseudo entrecote de boeuf qui n'en avait que le nom. 1 seul dessert proposé et pas d'autre proposition. La quantité et la qualité ne sont pas au RDV. 45 € à 2 pour un simple plat et un verre de vin. Un peu limite
