An inn nestled in the city's verdant countryside, offering dishes concocted mainly with organic produce from the farm.
Nestled in the Noirétable countryside is the Ferme de la Gilbernie, taken over by 4 young enthusiasts whose aim is to pass on their ecological values. Built around the principles of farming and hospitality, the farm is home to a wide range of activities, including market gardening, ancient wheat production, berries, aromatic plants and animals such as a flock of ewes, Salers cows, chickens and two donkeys. An inn has been set up to welcome groups of at least 20 people, on weekdays or weekends. Dishes are prepared using organic produce from the farm. The farm also has two gîtes, one sleeping 30 and the other 6.
