An inn nestled in the city's verdant countryside, offering dishes concocted mainly with organic produce from the farm.
Nestled in the verdant countryside of Noirétable, Gilbernie's Farm was conceived by 4 young enthusiasts. Their aim is to pass on their ecological values. On their farm, where sheep, cows, chickens and a donkey live side by side, an inn has been set up to welcome you on weekends. Dishes are prepared mainly with organic produce from the farm. The farm also houses two gîtes: one sleeps 30, while the more intimate "La Maison de Félix" sleeps 2 to 6.

Nous avons été séduits par cette auberge, un accueil très sympathique et une ambiance chaleureuse, plats confectionnés avec soin et originalité avec des produits sains de saison ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! L'équipe mérite le meilleur !

Le cadre est magnifique, la cuisine excellente et inventive, très bons produits très copieux tout est réuni pour un très bon moment . Des personnes fort sympathiques ambiance chaleureuse on se sent comme à la maison ( nous n'avons pas été très disciplinés nos excuses aux autres clients ????) . Ce n'est que le début de , je pense une très longue et belle histoire . Je vous souhaite pleins de belles choses . Au plaisir ????

NOUS AVIONS RÉSERVÉ ENTRE AMIS CE WEEK-END SUR LES RECOMMANDATIONS D'UNE AMIE ET QUELLE BONNE TABLE !!! NOUS AVONS EU LE PLAISIR DE MANGER AU COIN DU FEU UNE CUISINE EXQUISE, TRADITIONNELLE ET ORIGINALE, LE TOUT AVEC UN SERVICE TRÈS SYMPATHIQUE!! DE LA MISE EN BOUCHE EN PASSANT PAR L'ENTRÉE, L'AGNEAU, LA TARTE TATIN, TOUT ÉTAIT DÉLICIEUX DANS CETTE FERME-AUBERGE DU "PRÉ À L'ASSIETTE" ! BRAVO LES JEUNES !!

Un endroit merveilleux. Des personnes formidable et très accueillantes ont repris la ferme du Gilbernie. Les lieux sont très reposant et la cuisine est délicieuse avec des produits qu'ils cultivent eux même. Je recommande fortement cette endroit pour passé un agréable moment en famille ou entre amis.
