A massive building draws by far the attention, but what is done up there, on its spur, this austere monument? After 7 km of climb from Noirétable, following the road of La Chamba, then an asphalted forest road, you arrive in a vallon and we are at 1 100 m above sea level in the heart of the Forez Mountains.
