To offer you the very best, the in-house team carefully selects its ingredients and favors local, seasonal produce. Let yourself be tempted by duck breast, pike mousseline with mussels or ravioli gratin with gorgonzola. L'Aube des Sens' rich and varied menu also includes a fine selection of dishes to share, such as cassolette de cuisses de grenouilles persillées, tartare de bœuf italien and camembert rôti au miel. There's also a burger inspired by the chef and a large seasonal salad. For the little ones, half-portion dishes are also available.
