Biscuiterie RéminiSans takes this name to reflect the two aspects of its concept: re-establishing the pleasure of eating without restriction, inspired by Proust's famous madeleine, and the term "sans" underlines the absence of gluten and other ingredients such as dairy products, eggs, nuts... La Biscuiterie offers very healthy products: bread, banana breads, cookies and other sweets. RéminiSans will pass on its values through cooking classes, which will be organized in 2024.
