Chavanay's oldest estate traces its origins back to 1797. Ancestral know-how - a historic Côte-Rôtie PDO estate - and exceptional vines have been developed by Romain Decelle, who converted the estate to organic viticulture. In an extraordinary setting, De Boisseyt has 11 hectares of vines to produce Côte-Rôtie "Côte Blonde", Condrieu "Les Corbonnes" and elegant, powerful Saint-Joseph wines. Visit the cellar for a wine tasting, with a wide range of tours on offer, including a stroll along the Chavanay hillsides.
