Delphine and Maxime make delicious spirits. What makes them special? They are signatories to the natural hooch manifesto: this means that all their recipes are made using a copper still and no industrial alcohol. By macerating marc, fruit or natural wine, they obtain a basic alcohol which is then used in their distillations. All raw materials are produced by hand. They are also inspired by biodynamic viticulture, a viticultural process that follows lunar cycles.
