Valbonnais, a nature destination located in the town of the same name, offers a wide range of outdoor activities. In 2023, the Ecrins National Park celebrates its 50th anniversary with various events in the surrounding valleys and massifs. Nature lovers can also take part in outings organized by the Ecrins National Park, such as meetings with park staff or film screenings. The Drac Nature association organizes environmental education and ecological watch activities. For everyday needs, there's a mini-market, Valbomarché, in Valbonnais' main street. Art lovers can attend the Montagn'Arts festival, which takes place at the Valbonnais lake over the Whitsun weekend.
