Among the artisanal microbreweries in the Alps, here's Nicolas Fernandez and Stéphane Louvion's Brasserie des Cuves. In this former garage in Sassenage, they set up their tanks in 2015 and brew excellent traditional beers with Grenoble water, source Rochefort, blended with quality ingredients.
