A delicious local cuisine in a restaurant in Saint-Joseph-de-Rivière.
Between Dauphiné and Savoie, the Chartreuse has its own gourmet embassy: the Maison Forcella. For several generations, the same passion for local products has animated the owners of this charming house where it is good to stop in any season. Know-how and great kindness of a whole team, with Jean-Frank, Eric and Laurine. Flavours of real local seasonal products: vegetables from Crossey grown in sustainable agriculture, Chartreuse entrecotes, ravioles dauphinoises and Chartreuse liqueur. Do not miss the calf's head from October to April. Tradition is good when it is done with so much love. Rooms to prolong the pleasure.

The service is very friendly and the dishes offered are simple but quality. Nothing to say especially with a bill reasonable.
