Excellent farm products of high quality made in a traditional farm run by passionate people: Hélène and Jean-Jacques Bouvet. Duck foie gras, presented in blocks, in blocks with sauternes or port wine, whole and in preserves or semi-preserves, torchon style or semi-cooked under vacuum. A marvel. At the Santalé farm, you can also find succulent fresh products (foie gras, duck breast, duck legs, goose), cooked dishes (homemade cassoulet, duck confit...), pâtés and rillettes. Tasting days to discover everything.
