Excellent farm products of high quality made in a traditional farm run by passionate people: Hélène and Jean-Jacques Bouvet. Duck foie gras, presented in blocks, in blocks with sauternes or port wine, whole and in preserves or semi-preserves, torchon style or semi-cooked under vacuum. A marvel. At the Santalé farm, you can also find succulent fresh products (foie gras, duck breast, duck legs, goose), cooked dishes (homemade cassoulet, duck confit...), pâtés and rillettes.
