un GRAND bravo au chef ! une cuisine raffiné, des produits de qualités le fois gras très fin servie à la bonne température, quant au poisson cuit à merveille et un tempura de cuisses de grenouilles d'une délicatesse exceptionnel . Le dessert remarquable. Je vous recommande sans aucune hésitation ce restaurant Mes complimentent à des restaurateurs qui font encore leur métier avec un grand professionnalisme,ne changez rien ! si peut-être un sourire en plus ......

J'ai déjeuné deux fois dans cet restaurant. Une fois en mai 2015 et le dernier dimanche d'aout 2015. La nourriture est excellente, alliant la tradition et l'inventivité, les quantités sont très copieuses et el servie impeccable.

Accueil, service, propreté et prestations irréprochables. Nous étions un groupe inter-générationnel de 42 marcheurs en pension complète fin août.Une mention particulière pour la cuisine du Chef: délicieuse et inventive, sachant mettre en valeur les produits locaux. La piscine extérieure, chauffée, fut également très appréciée.
Un sans faute. A recommander tant pour l'hébergement que pour les repas et pique-niques. Les 3 étoiles sont largement méritées.
