Cooking with local products in a superb restaurant in the middle of the preserved nature of Haut-Bréda.

There are "bits of the world" that enchant our lives. In a splendid setting, in a wild place of preserved nature, 5 minutes from the 7 Laux resort, here is the Aubergerie. An authentic mountain farm perfectly converted into a restaurant and guest rooms. A real little corner of paradise and a charming address run by lovely people, who have a sense of welcome as much as a respect for good products. The house speciality is lamb, which can be found in mechoui (on order for 25 people or more) or in tajines. Cheese fondues, tartiflettes and croziflettes. Rooms are available to prolong the pleasure of being at the Aubergerie.
