We called in for a drink on our first evening in Gresse en Vercors. There was a wonderful community buzz with locals coming in for bread and others using it as a meeting place.
We booked for a meal for the following evening and were treated to a gastronomic delight. The menu is short, which I take as a good sign that the offerings will be prepared to perfection. The main course changes were smoked pork or ravioli, both of which were outstanding.
Starters and deserts were perfect accompaniments and the wines offered completed a superb and delightful evening.
Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable experience.

Nous avons mangé pour la première fois depuis le chngt de propriétaire et nous avons été fort déçus, aucun accueil, très peu de choix mais la n'est pas le problème plat insipide, sauté de veau n'est pas un sauté de veau mais une sorte de blanquette avec des bouts gras qui baignent dans un jus insipide, des ravioles géantes qui ne sont pas des ravioles mais des raviolis farcies épinards et champignons (4), toute petite salade avec des brisures de noix et quelques bouts de conte et le prix de folie, nous pensons qu'ils sont sur une autre planète !!! Si vous voulez vous régaler passez votre chemin..

Très belle auberge, chambre spacieuse avec belle vue sur la montagne. Ravioles maison épinards/champignons en ce moment au menu, un vrai régal, la crème brûlée hyper crémeuse a ravi mon palais.
Petit déjeuner complet avec de bons produits.
