In summer, Italian flavors meet the charm of the open-air brazier for a convivial summer experience! Salmon or beef tartare, tomato & burrata and salads rub shoulders with octopus, sea bass fillet, rib steak or prime rib grilled in the brazier. With friends or family, you can enjoy dishes to share, such as Italian cured meats. As soon as the first winter chill sets in, it's time for a comforting cuisine featuring stews, charcuterie, cheeses... and, of course, raclette. In fact, this restaurant boasts the world's largest raclette table! When it comes to desserts, there's something for everyone, whatever the season.
