Le Clariant is both a restaurant and a mountain refuge. That already gives you a clue. But it's not a trail you'll have to follow to get to this address, it's a path and a 30-minute walk from the Corrençon Nordic site. At the gateway to the Réserve des Hauts Plateaux, a place out of this world (with no water or electricity) where you can enjoy home cooking made exclusively from seasonal produce by Nico and Jean-Rémi. In the evening, enjoy an old-fashioned meal around the fire. The premises can be reserved for private events.
