Eating at Chez Chavant is a breath of fresh air just minutes from Grenoble, a moment of happiness punctuated by countless pleasures in a family home where you're always welcomed with the same smile. Chef Fabien Capogna's cuisine is based on the finest local produce, and can be enjoyed on the flower-filled terrace or in the elegant dining room. Don't miss the famous blue lobster. Excellent service from Guillaume Bliguet. An institution.

Un restaurant de caractère et luxueux dans un environnement paisible à l'écart du tumulte de la ville. La qualité des plats est présente et cela n'est pas étonnant lorsque l'on sait que cet établissement fait partie des Maîtres Restaurateurs de l'Isère. Un endroit où s'installer entre amis, en famille ou bien encore en tête à tête.
Disappointing restaurant. The service is minimum, dishes are served warm see almost cold. No accompanying at the beginning of the restaurant. (We must take ourself our vestaire). the setting is very pleasant and is better. The value for money is very negative. We are surprised that it is recommended by the sly little minx. Marco
I went on several occasions to Chavant and depending on the chosen dishes my opinion is different. The sauce dishes are too pronounced with my taste and mask the flavour of the products.
However, the pictures in mouth are always nicely balanced and classic dishes, such as St Jacques are simply fried or grilled fillet of beef. Finally, the desserts never disappointed me!
