Welcome to the good life. Sharing good times, enjoying healthy food, that's the Delicatessen. In a pedestrian street in the city center, a warm place where people like to meet around a table inspired by local products, with local supplies, but also by some recipes from elsewhere, since the chef Guillaume was trained in Noumea and has kept his taste for fish or sweet and sour food. A carefully prepared bistro cuisine accompanied by a beautiful wine list, notably organic, and spirits, to finish a gourmet meal.
